Maury Microwave WR‑75 / WRD‑750 Waveguide Calibration Kit – Extended Range

This is a precision microwave waveguide calibration system built around Maury 7005‑series WR‑75 standards, with additional WRD‑750 (double‑ridge) components extending usable frequency coverage. The set provides calibration capability across the WR‑75 band (10–15 GHz) with extended coverage to 18 GHz using WRD‑750 standards.

The configuration aligns with Maury 7005‑series calibration kit structure (see catalog pages included in photos), including sliding and fixed terminations, flush short, offset standards, straight sections, and adapters. This set includes additional standards beyond the baseline factory configuration, consistent with expansion in a professional laboratory.

Included Components (by function):

• 2 × Sliding terminations (M313, DA313A)
• 2 × Fixed terminations (M301A, DA301A)
• 3 × Precision straight sections (~5") (M103‑5, DA102A5, P103A5)
• Multiple offset shorts (DA3040A–D, MB40B)
• Flush (reference plane) shorts (M340A, DA344A, plus one shop‑made gold‑plated unit)
• 4 × WR‑75 to APC‑7 adapters (M209C ×2, DA209C ×2)
• Alignment hardware (pins)

This combination provides a complete set of calibration standards, with multiple redundant and additional offset elements allowing flexible calibration approaches and verification.  

The table below lists all the included waveguide components.  Of course you also get the wooden case, the embossed label, a small container of alignment pins, and the originals of the two Cal sheets shown in the photos

Documentation:

Includes original TRW (Redondo Beach) metrology lab measurement reports and test data sheets dating from 1982–1984. These documents provide dimensional measurement data for multiple included standards (e.g., DA340 series offsets) and indicate traceability to national standards at the time of measurement. Full documents are shown in listing photos.

Notes on Configuration:

• Includes both Maury “M” series (WR‑75) and “DA” series (WRD‑750) components
• WR‑75 standards provide primary calibration in the 10–15 GHz band
• WRD‑750 double‑ridge standards extend usable range and flexibility to 18 GHz

Case and Accessories:

• Original wooden storage case
• Original engraved identification plaque and screws to hold it to the case
• Original foam insert removed due to deterioration, there is some hard to remove residue inside the case 

Packing:
Components will be individually protected and securely packed in bubble wrap (no foam) within the wooden case for shipment.
