Condition: Surface rust and wear with some blue paint. Embossed foundry markings legible.  All mechanical components intact and working. One of the knurled knobs slides on the tommy bar. No cracks.

Key Feature: Dated semi steel construction with embossed maker's plate reading "THE [Co.] MERIDEN, CT, USA" — patent references and solid bar text visible on base. Semi steel alloy accounts for superior durability and weight compared to standard cast iron examples.
