This is an Original atlas map of Alabama dated 1911, which was taken from a 1911 atlas. This map includes a detail map around Birmingham in the bottom right corner which is titled, "Environs of Birmingham".

• This map indicates various railroad lines which are identified on a legend along the bottom edge. The numbers on the legend match numbers along the railroad lines on the map.

• This entire atlas map page measures about 28" x 20-1/2".

• On the reverse side of this map is a partial map index for Alabama.
