The 1985 Chevrolet Citation II is a classic hatchback with a grey interior and copper metallic exterior color. This automatic transmission vehicle has a 2.8 liters engine size with 6 cylinders and 130hp of horsepower. It features power windows, cruise control, air conditioning. With only 2 previous owners.

I purchased this X11 over 20 years and bought it sight unseen and had it transported back to Iowa where I immediately began the rebuild to make it a daily summer driver.  Clean Iowa title, and as you can see from the pics it has not been wrecked. Many original GM stickers still on the X11. Lots of documentation. Pictures, receipts, notes. I bought the X11 in 2005 w/ aprox 130K miles, and fast forward to 2026 it has almost 162K miles. Has spent its life in a climate controlled enviroment when not being driven.  NO SNOW.  NO GRAVEL ROADS. NO WINTER SALT!   Solid rust free California car that I have driven every summer for the last 20 years.

I have saved all the receipts form the work that has been done on the X11.  I spared no expense on the engine work, transmission, and anything safety related.   The X11 has never failed me or left me on the side of the road.  D&R Engines of Marion, Iowa did all the mechanical work on the X11.  Same folks who have built the motors in my BB 1969 Camaros.

*. I have a copy of the California title of the  whom I bought the car from.

* Installed HYPERTECH engine tuning chip.

* California Car Cover goes with X11. Premium indoor cover

What does the X11 need after 20 years and 30K miles?

New Brakes.  New tires.  New Valve Gaskets. As the pics show all four corners need to have the bumper fillers replaced.  (Those I have fr aftermarket mfg Replica Reproductions.  Brand new still in box.  AC needs to be serviced to operate.   V belts and tune up are needed. Solid floors.  Solid Doors.  The tach operates intermittently.  Some dash bulbs need replaced or upgrade to LED.

The copper metallic paint does not match up perfectly, as I did not have the entire car repainted as I knew it would get rock chips as a daily driver, and enjoy never ending road construction and traffic. When the car arrived it had the typical grocery store dents and dings.

I have purchased/used as many NOS GM parts that were possible. GM PARTS were #1 priority.

Anything related to the X11 will go with the new owner.  It is time for someone else to enjoy this car and have as much fun with it as I did.

Took the X11 out of storage to get it ready for sale.  Battery was still charged, and it started up after winters storage.  Let it idle for about 20 mins and then drove it home with no issues.

I will continue to drive the X11 until it is sold.

The spare tire cover still has the GM BUILD INFORMATION fr the factory.  Hatch  light works.  Struts work to keep the rear hatch up. If you look closely at the rear window hatch picture there is some paint chipping that need attention to.

The Dash is GM NOS NEW.  No cracks.

If you have questions, ask.  Yes, you can view it before you buy it.   Title in hand.  Nothing owed. Being SOLD AS IS
