You are buying an old Spanish model M-69 3-pocket field shirt in green dominant amoeba "boscoso" camouflage. Also known as "spring" or "Pyrenees" camouflage. This is the second model, pattern and design based on the army's M-67 shirt. This version of the M-69 is for the Spanish army's special forces. It's time frame is between the mid-1970s to early 1980s

This camouflage was inspired by the leibermuster used by the Germans during the end of World War II, that an approach was also adopted by other nations after the war (such as Switzerland) and is characterized by amoeba-like maroon and draj green shapes mixed on a beige background and disrupted with horizontal tan "flecks". There is a other early variant of this camo and this one appears to be the second iteration, with some minor changes.

The shirt consists of a heavy twill cotton style fabric and is very well made. These are from a bygone era, with so many features and a high complexity, something that was surely time-consuming to manufacture and won't likely find today in the era of disposable synthetic uniforms and automated manufacturing. Its time frame is between the mid-1970s to early 1980s.

The shirt is packed with pockets and features: on the front are the two horizontally chest pouches with flap closed by button. The torso opening is closed by a velcro strip. However, the pockets and cuffs are closed with buttons. Reinforcement in elbows with concentric stitching, not the simple one. The collar of the shirt is open "Saturday Night Fever" style typical of that time. 

The shirt is in overall good used, flawless. All buttons present and original. The color and fabric are somewhat worn. It fits like an US X-small short (european X-small). The dimensions are as follows:

  • chest (pit to pit) - approx. 56 cm (22.04" in.)
  • shoulder - approx. 44 cm (17.32" in.)
  • arm (pit to cuff) - approx. 46 cm (18.11" in.)
  • arm (shoulder to cuff) - approx. 66 cm (25.98" in.)
  • back (collar to hem) - approx. 66 cm (25.98" in.)
  • weight - 550 gr (0.5 lb.)
