The measurements are:

range from 1 3/4" tall to 5 1/4" tall

What a wonderful find!  There is some wear to this set and a light cleaning is needed.  Some these pieces do have damage.  Some pieces are older and some are newer.  Some are marked Germany.  There are ceramic pieces, as well as a thin almost plastic like composition.  Considering its age and how long it's been around, the condition is pretty darn good!  Please review and zoom in on each image for condition detail.  Refer to the item description for measurements.  The colors are amazing and the design is out of this world!  This is something any collector of Christmas memorabilia would love to have!
