The grip on the 5 Iron has a very large tear in it, and it needs to be replaced, and the bottoms of most of the grips have tears in them, and the club heads have some surface scratches and a few of the club heads have some small rust spots on them, otherwise the clubs are in good shape, see photos.

The measurement in the second to last picture is taken from the 5 Iron.

The grips are Nakashima. The 6 Iron, 8 Iron, and the Gap Wedge have Lamkin ST HYBRID Standard +2 grips.

Clubs included are 5,6,7,8,9 Irons, Pitching Wedge, and a Gap Wedge.
