The 2ТС622А transistor arrays consist of four electrically isolated silicon epitaxial-planar p-n-p switching ultra-high-frequency transistors.
They are designed for use in high-speed switching and pulse devices in special-purpose electronic equipment.
They are available in a flat, glass-to-metal rectangular package with double-sided pinout for surface mounting on printed circuit boards.
They are marked with an alphanumeric code on the microcircuit package.
Package type 401.14-6, weight no more than 0.4 g.
