You are buying an old Spanish army M-69 trousers in green dominant amoeba camouflage. The rarest variant is purple or burgundy. Also referenced as boscoso (woodland in English), pyrenees, or spring-time amoeba pattern. The rarest variant is purple or burgundy. Used by elite units of the Spanish army, mainly special operations - COEs - but also used by air paratroopers. Specifically, it began to be used from the year 1969.

The garment consists of a heavy paratrooper style smock made from a heavy canvas style fabric. These are uniforms from a bygone era, with so many features and a high complexity, something that was surely time-consuming to manufacture and won't likely find today in the era of disposable synthetic uniforms and automated manufacturing.

The trousers are packed with pockets and features. With a total of four pockets; two pockets on the back and two large cargo-style pockets, one on each thigh. The pants have a reinforced seat and the ankles are secured with an elastic band.

The trousers are in overall good used condition, with obvious signs of use. It has some minor mending. The trousers have been altered; the legs have been narrowed. I have not observed any other damage, no tears, no rips. The colors are still strong and solid. The manufacturer's label has been lost due to washing. The manufacturing contracts were awarded to several manufacturers, FECSA, CONDISA or CONTUSA. The size is equivalent to a European M. The dimensions are as follows:

  • waist - approx. 42 cm (16.52" in.)
  • inseam - approx. 76 cm (29.92" in.)
  • leg opening - approx. 14 cm (5.51" in.)
  • outseam - approx. 104 cm (40.94" in.)
  • weight - 565 gr (1.2 lb.)
