Antique T&V lady's spittoon or cuspidor hand-painted with Victorian violets by a talented artist who proudly signed their work of art. The French porcelain blank is molded to resemble a lady's cloth purse complete with a gold accented ruffled opening, draw-string closing, and gilded split handle.

The opening measures 4.5 inches (11.43cm) by nearly 5 inches (12.7cm) and, from its highest point stands, at 3 inches (7.62cm).

Reversed is the artist's signature as well as a Tressemann & Vogt Limoges, France hallmark circa 1892-1907.

This French beauty is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or paint flakes.
