Recently replaced this laptop and it was working. I removed the SSD drive and RAM to use in the new laptop. Charger was replaced so it is included but NOT OEM. Right screen case was separating, hence the duct tape. Screen works and all pixels light up. This was a good laptop used only at home (no pets, no smoking, adult owned). It seemed like too good a laptop to just throw away so if you can use the parts, this is a good deal. Only time the case was open was to remove the SSD drive & RAM (which was when I took the photo of the internals). There is a small crach near the corner of the back/bottom cover from when I removed it to access the RAM & SSD drive. All screws are present but the rubber bumpers were removed and discarded - you get exactly what is shown in the photos!
