Purchased from the estate of an individual who worked in the White House in Washington DC.  The invite looks new, unused.  There is faint wear around the unsealed envelope, all items pristine including tissue protecting the photos.  In total, the items include: the envelope, the two tissue-protected photos of Barack Obama and Joe Biden, the invitation, and the program with tassels.
