This is a brand new kit and everything is there.  The only sort of issue is the chrome parts in pictures 6/7/8 either look like they were swapped out or they are just oxidized somehow.  It's strange because the pink loctite is still there like it hasn't been used but there some oxidation on the chrome.  The larger piece shows oxidation but like the top hole shows no signs of wear.  Everything else is spotless.  Selling cheaper because of that.
