Recipe: Kaeng Pa
- Heat the skillet, add this content of this packet and 250 g sliced meat or chicken. Stir-fry until done.
- Add 1 cup (240 ml) water. Bring to a boil.
- Put some eggplants, bamboo shoot, kaffir lime leaves, holy basil leaves and chili. Season to taste.
- Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and serve hot with steamed rice.
