 (or "consultants" in their world) pinback button. It measures approx 3 inches from side to side and

features a blue and yellow background with multicolor lettering. Single shell construction with

locking straight pin. No date or makers marks. In  good used condition with marks commensurate of a 20

 + year old button. No large scratches, creases, image loss or dents. There are no raised dimples. There

 are a couple of dings on the front in the word "create", the first of which exposes the white material

 underneath. Great color and printing. Minor darkening from handling/age on the back. See pics.
