Stunning Antique John Rose teacup and saucer with intricate handpainted gilt decoration and floral bouquets. Looks like the number 830 on the base of the cup.

As can be seen in the photos the saucer has an old glue repair although not very noticeable when looking at the top of the saucer. The gilt and floral handpainted pattern are nice and bright.

The cup has a couple of manufacturer flaws, - specs in the glaze and nick to the base which is under the glaze. There is also a small very feint line to the rim of the cup, this does not go through to the inside. (Last photos)

The cup measures 7cm tall and 9cm tall to top of handle x 8cm in diameter and 9.3cm wide including handle

The saucer measures 14.5cm in diameter
