rival of L.C.Tiffany. The woman has a serious look on her face and seems to express a feeling of 

confidence and strength. The painting is unsigned. It was purchased from her estate in Berkeley, 

California about 40 years ago along with other paintings and drawings. It is painted on canvas board 

15 3/4" x 20" and weighs one pound. Condition is excellent.
