Shipping & Handling

Item(s) will be packed with care, so as to arrive safely. I use 100% recycled packaging, excluding shipping labels and tape. While I will usually use the same shipping service as shown in eBay's shipping calculator above, I reserve the right to use a different service for any reason. If the service shown is "Lettermail" or "Letter-Post", there is no tracking included. If you need tracking on such an item, please contact me. Handling is $1 CAD and is included in the shipping cost. Large, heavy, or difficult to wrap items may have additional handling fees. There may be additional fees imposed within the shipping cost because eBay is charging final value fees to sellers on the shipping. Sometimes eBay calculates shipping incorrectly and over-charges the shipping. In that case, I will refund the difference, if it amounts to $0.50 CAD or more. Combined shipping is available, you can contact me for a quote, or just order the items, and I will ship them together, and refund the difference.

I offer local pickup at my convenience. There is a $5 CAD fee for local pickup, which may be waived in certain cases. Cash is accepted, and preferred, for local pickup orders, and such payments get $1 off. Unused Canadian postage stamps are also accepted for local pickup orders, or any other form of payment that we can agree to.

For international destinations, except for the U.S.A.

All customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please be prepared to pay them when your order arrives. I reserve the right to cancel an order if Canada Post will not ship to the destination. You can find a current list on Canada Post's website.

For U.S.A. destinations

Please wait for a manual invoice before paying, due to new U.S. government rules requiring tariffs to be paid by sender. If eBay forces you to pay immediately, I will open a separate listing that you can purchase, with the amount of the fees. (There is a $0.34 CAD fee for this, because of how eBay calculates seller fees.) I cannot calculate tariffs in advance, because they change with the whim of a certain person in a white house. Fees will be calculated as follows:

1. Applicable tariffs, please contact your government for details.

2. $1.99 CAD + 10% of tariff value in Zonos commission (Canada Post tariff prepay partner).

3. $1.25 CAD administrative fees for filling out paperwork.

4. 15% of fees 1-3 in eBay commission.

I try my best to show all imperfections in my items, however, some imperfections may go unnoticed. By purchasing, you agree that you have examined all photos and are okay with any imperfections shown, and any (within reason) that I may have missed, and consequentially are not shown, including but not limited to: scratches, dings, dents, stains, rust, and wear.

All items marked untested are sold with absolutely no warranty besides what is stated. If an item is not marked "untested", "not working", "for parts", or something similar, that means that the product has been tested and is guaranteed to work for its intended purpose.

New Items Disclaimer

If an item is sold as "new", and is in packaging such that it is impossible to test it without opening the packaging, all complaints about the functionality and usability of the item, missing parts and/or accessories, and condition of the item, except that which is apparent without opening the packaging, must be directed to the manufacturer of the product. Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Please be sure you want the item before ordering it. Cancellations, if the item has not already been shipped, will be granted on a case-by-case basis. For U.S. buyers: please make sure you are okay with tariff charges before ordering. If you refuse to pay tariffs and related fees as outlined above, and request a cancellation, it will be granted, as I have no other option, but you will be blocked permanently.
