Recipe: Kaeng Lueng
- Prepare 250 g fish fillet.
- Mix the content of
this packet with 3 cups (720 ml) water. Bring to a boil.
- Add bamboo shoot,
pineapple or papaya. Cook until tender.
- Add fish fillet.
Bring to a boil.
- Add fish sauce and
lime juice to taste. Serve with cooked rice.
