These are New Old Stock (NOS) items. The original cardboard cartons show noticeable shelf wear, aging, staining, and are dusty from long-term warehouse storage. While the packaging is weathered, the ceramic and lava nozzles inside are completely unused, clean, structurally sound, and ready for service. Three boxes are short by exactly one nozzle each as noted above; all others are complete.
