The handle fits into the slot for either pan, but I would not trust it with anything in the pan. I think you will have to glue it to the pan that you choose and find another handle for the 2nd one.
The small pan is 5.5" across and 2" deep. The large pan is 8.75" across and 3.75" deep. It has chipping inside. The smaller one just has a little chipping on the edges. I used mine like this for years until I handed them off to my daughter because she can handle those big pans better than me.
The pans feature a decorative vegetable motif. Each has wear from use, including surface scuffs and age-related marks, please see photos.
