The top cancellation is dated September 9, 1969, the actual date that the stamp went on sale in Washington, DC, and the bottom cancellation is dated July, 20, 1969 "MOON LANDING USA", the date of the actual Moon landing.
The 4 bar cancellation reads "First Day of Issue".
The cover contains a cachet which is a black etching type with raised print. The cachet shows the three Apollo 11 astronauts, the surface of the Moon and the Lunar Landing Module.
