Up for sale is a beautiful, instant-display vintage trio of authentic "Double Safety" Wire-Bail Glass Canning Jars. This is a 3-piece graduate size lot manufactured in New England around the 1910s to 1920s, making them roughly a century old!

These primitive style clear glass jars feature beautiful raised script typography reading "Double Safety" on the front face, and the lips are embossed with "TIGHT" to assist with seal alignment. The bases bear historical maker marks representing the renowned Massachusetts glass lineage:

• 1x Large Half-Gallon Jar: Embossed on the bottom with "SMALLEY KIVLAN ONTHANK CO. BOSTON MASS".

• 1x Medium Jar: Features the distinct stylized "SKO" monogram on the bottom.

• 1x Medium Jar: Base features traditional glass indentation marks.

Condition Details:

These jars are in excellent antique structural condition. The clear glass remains bright with typical charming factory air bubbles and minor age-appropriate surface hazing. There are no cracks or heavy chips along the body or rim. The original wire lightning bails are fully intact, strong, and hold down securely, showing a wonderfully authentic, naturally aged dark rust patina that collectors look for.

Perfect for rustic farmhouse kitchen decor, open shelving displays, functional storage organization, or adding to a classic antique bottle and jar collection.
