This is the rare version of the Atari 2600 controller, made specifically for the first version of the console, the Heavy Sixer. Thus, this is a CX-10 joystick. The joystick works correctly in ALL 8 directions, and has no shorts in the cord to prevent it from working in case it gets twisted. 

It is in good shape overall, it does have some marks on the joystick handle, please observe the pictures to see the actual condition of it. This will ship inside of a small box to protect it during shipment. It DOES have all 4 feet on the bottom of the plastic case.
