This is a working metal wind-up climbing tractor. It does have some wear and a few scratches. Overall, the paint looks good. I didn't see any sparkling when the tractor was moving. The treads look good, the on/off switch and wind-up works fine. The box is missing a flap on one end and has wear and some tears. Please see video and photos for condition.
