These are loose pages removed form a larger book. State of Washington Tenth biennial report of the state highway engineer for the period october 1922 to sept 1924. Printed in 1924

I have removed these pages from larger books to share these historic photo plates down to the local and individual level.

I also have over 4,000 railroad reports from most  states.
