This is the EVAP (evaporative emissions) vapor canister / charcoal canister for the 2005–2006 Honda CR-V. The canister captures and stores fuel vapors from the fuel tank, preventing their release into the atmosphere. Vapors are purged into the engine during normal operation via the purge valve port.

Unit is manufactured by MAHLE Tennex and sold under the Carquest Premium Vehicle Solutions label (CPN1663). Molded markings on the canister read "HONDA / PA66" and "MAHLE TENNEX / TU250WB." A Honda genuine parts hardware bag is included.

This is a new / uninstalled unit in original Carquest packaging. Box shows shelf wear but part appears new.
