Please note this item has been previously used and while every effort has been made to restore it to like new condition, we cannot do anything about cosmetic wear and tear, however we will always try to show any marks and wear in our listing photos.

About our reconditioning method:

We want to get each Dyson working as close to new as possible so that customers can have peace of mind. We start by testing each vacuum to ensure the motor is working as it should, we then completely dismantle each Dyson unit down, then soak each piece of the cyclone in warm soapy water before carefully scrubbing and drying it thoroughly to ensure as close to new suction and freshness as possible. 

The brush head is stripped down and cleaned and the bin and seals are cleaned thoroughly, it is then re-assembled and tested to make sure everything works perfectly.
