- 1 After opening the package, check whether the bolts on the equipment are loose.
- 2 Do not put your hands into the feed inlet to avoid injury.
- 3 Wear protective gloves, goggles and other protective equipment during operation.
- 4 Remove stones, metal and other hard impurities in the ceramic clay to avoid damage to the spiral shaft.
- 5 Ensure water content of the ceramic clay meets technological requirements to avoid blockage and overload.
- 6 After use, clean the machine and keep it clean and dry.
- 1 Start the motor. After the screw shaft runs smoothly, slowly add materials from the hopper.
- 2 Gently press the materials with the material pressing rod to prevent bridging in the hopper and ensure continuous feeding.
- 3 Observe the discharging status. If the discharge is not smooth, appropriately adjust the feeding speed or the moisture content of the materials.
