For cosmetics please refer to attached photos. Obvious signs of use but not abused.

Aperture is snappy with no oil.

Focusing is slightly on the stiff side but very usable.

Front optics have a few faint/minor coatings marks to the center of the element (photo).

Rear element nice with no scratches.

No fungus.

Clean inside with some typical dust only.

Supplied with no caps unfortunately but will get it securely packed for transit.
