How long will it take for my book/s to arrive?

Please check the handling time to find out how long your book will take to be dispatched. The handling time can be checked by clicking on the [see details] link at the top of the listing. Our books are usually dispatched within 24, 48 or 72 hours.

Once dispatched, delivery is around 3-5 working days for all UK destinations. Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or EVRI.

Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order, before notifying us of any late deliveries.

How will I know it has been sent?

You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent. Please check the handling time on the listing to understand when your book is due to be dispatched from our UK distribution centre.

Any orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will not be processed until the next working day (Monday).

If there's a chance you are not going to be at home during the delivery estimate, we recommend checking with other residents at the delivery address / neighbours / sorting office / safe spaces and outhouses.

Returns

We will accept returns within 30 days of the date you took receipt of your order.

Please package up securely and include details of your order number and a full description of why you are returning the book.

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post office when you return your book. Proof of Postage can be obtained free of charge.

Damaged or faulty items need to be reported to us within 72 hours of the parcel arriving. Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first, we will advise of the next steps once you have made us aware of the issue.
