Shipment:

Shipping is usually carried out as a maxi letter with Deutsche Post (within Germany). When shipping, the base of the touch-up pen is removed to secure it during transport. You can easily put it back on.

Repairing scratches – how do I proceed?

1. Clean the area thoroughly, if rust is visible, carefully remove it with sandpaper (please be careful not to damage the surrounding paint).
2. For bare plastic parts, we recommend using a plastic adhesive primer. This is applied very thinly to the bare plastic and approx. Allow to absorb for 10 to 15 minutes. You can find the plastic adhesive primer in our shop.
3. Shake the 1K primer/rust protection paint pen (if necessary) vigorously and apply very carefully with the brush and allow to dry (approx. 10 to 15 minutes should usually be enough).
4. Then shake the base coat paint pen vigorously and carefully apply it thinly in several layers, allowing it to dry in between (approx. 10 to 20 minutes. ), repeat the whole thing until the base coat has covered, then again for approx. Allow to dry for 15 – 20 minutes.
5. Then shake the clear varnish paint pen vigorously and apply it carefully, then allow it to dry properly. The clear coat is usually thicker than the base coat, so you should use it more sparingly.

We always check all touch-up pens for their quality and consistency.

Color differences between the touch-up pen and your vehicle are possible due to the age of the vehicle and the weather.

Note: Be sure to protect against frost! Repairing damaged car paint using our touch-up pen cannot replace professional repairs in a car paint shop! Please check the color before use. No liability for improper use.
