        Like New = Very few or NO scratches/scuffs/marks/ little to NO use

        Very Good = Few scratches/scuffs/marks/ Minimally/ Very Gently used

        Good = Normal scratches/scuffs/marks/ Average/ Moderate use

        Fair = More than normal scratches/scuffs/marks/ Heavy use but functions normally

        Poor = Deep scratches/scuff/marks. Dents or missing parts/ Heavy use and may not function normally
