Up for auction we have 5 mostly antique lace, thin, sheer tops. Again, I don't know what to call them, none of them seem to be a stand alone piece. They were found together in a tote.

Our first blouse has a nice collar, lovely pin tucks, and shell buttons. It has some small holes and stains, plus an old repair on the back.

The second top has 3 snaps near the top, an elastic band near the bottom with long ties attached to the front lace that extends a bit lower in the front. There are 5 rows of 3 pin tucks between the vertical lace in the front which matches the lace around the lower sleeves. This blouse also suffers from some holes, mostly near the elastic band.

Our third top is rather short and is missing a couple of buttons.

The 4th one might be a corset cover? It has a tie that could be tightened below the bodice and perhaps a ribbon could be added into the trim around the top.

The last item is in quite rough shape, but perhaps could be useful to someone. It has lace around the collar and sleeves. Perhaps some of it could be salvaged to make doll clothes?

All items were collected by my Mother and are presented as found from her estate.
