The corn thresher is a professional agricultural machine designed to efficiently separate corn kernels from cobs, which is widely used in farms, grain processing factories, and agricultural product processing workshops. Precaution
- The machine is only used for corn threshing and cannot be used for other purposes without authorization; it does not have a peeling function, so it is necessary to peel the corn cobs in advance if needed.
- The operation site should be cleaned up, and irrelevant sundries should not be placed; non-operators are not allowed to enter the operation site, especially children, to avoid accidents.
- Do not put hands or tools into the machine during operation. Do not touch the running parts during operation.
- The machine is suitable for dry corn cobs, and is poor in threshing effect of wet corn cobs.
- Ensure the power supply conforms to the parameter requirements of the machine. Ensure reliable grounding. Please let a professional electrician conduct wiring operation.

Key Components & Design Details
Feeding Inlet
The enlarged feeding inlet is of an inclined structure, allowing the corn to be fed smoothly and quickly, and avoiding corn accumulation and blockage. The protective baffle is designed for improving the feeding safety and preventing backflow.
Copper Motor
The asynchronous copper core motor has higher torque and load capacity, effectively improving the working efficiency, enhancing the heat dissipation performance, and ensuring the motor is not prone to burnout after continuous operation.
Threshing Structure
The spiral pendulum hammers are designed for threshing corn of different specifications, achieving high threshing speed, high grain integrity and high threshing rate, and ensuring the corn is completely separated from the corn cobs.
Dust Removal Fan
The high-speed dust removal fan can effectively remove dust and impurities in the corn grain, improving the grain purity and cleanliness, and completing the threshing and winnowing at the same time.
Grain Auger
The 2m grain auger can directly convey corn grain to bags, vehicles or granaries instead of manual receiving and handling, and improves the operating efficiency. The auger is wear-proof, anti-aging, flexible and bendable, and has high adaptability.
Universal Wheels
The universal wheels can rotate in all directions, allow the machine to move to different working environments freely and effortlessly and enhance the movement convenience and environmental adaptability. The brake design can fix the machine stably.
Operation Method
A. Preparation before starting up
(1) Prepare the corn cobs: Remove the leaves and impurities from the corn cobs, and select out immature, moldy or diseased cobs to ensure smooth processing in the machine.
(2) Check the machine: Inspect the working parts such as threshing drum, teeth and concave plate for cracks, deformation or looseness; ensure that all safety guards are intact and firm; check the power connection and grounding to avoid electric leakage; and add lubricating oil to the moving parts as required.
(3) Test run the machine: Connect the power supply, start the machine for idle operation for 3-5 minutes, check if the machine runs stably without abnormal noise or vibration, and confirm that the rotation direction of the drum is correct and all control buttons are flexible and reliable.
B. Operation
(1) After processing all corn cobs, continue to run the machine for 1-2 minutes to discharge all the remaining grains and impurities in the machine, then turn off the power and disconnect the power supply.
(2) Clean the machine thoroughly: Remove the residual corn kernels, straw and impurities from the feeding inlet, threshing chamber, discharge outlet and other parts to avoid mold or blockage affecting the next use.
(3) Check and maintain the machine: Inspect the wear of the working parts, tighten the loose bolts, add lubricating oil to the moving parts, and store the machine in a dry and ventilated place to avoid rusting.
