Vintage, no maker's mark, velvet & floral fabric treasure/accessory hat shaped box, 3D flowers & feathers atop, black silky rope trim with wooden beads forms the handles, excellent condition.

 

The lid measures 7 3/4" across, and the top of the 'hat' is soft like a pincushion so this would make a great small sewing box, hair/band accessory box, use the cushion for hatpins, or for any trinket/treasure.

The bottom box as shown in the last two photos measures 7 1/4" across X 3 3/16" high.
