Maxon / ST9 Super Tube Screamer IThe MAXON ST-9 Super Tube Screamer is an overdrive pedal manufactured for a brief period from 1983 to 1984. This pedal shares a circuit very similar to the famous Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer, yet differs in several aspects, most notably its pronounced midrange emphasis. The circuit constants of this model, which adds a midrange booster circuit to the Tube Screamer (OD9, TS9), are identical to the Tube Screamer. However, subtle differences in the input buffer section and the addition of the boost circuit result in higher gain than the Tube Screamer. The exterior has some minor scratches, but considering it's 40 years old, it's in good condition. It has been serviced by our shop (specializing in Tube Screamer type modifications) and functions well. · Energization and energization of the adapter The battery is normal.
