You are bidding on a vintage travel brochure from Colorado Springs and the Acacia Hotel.  The brochure was put out by The Gray Line Motor Tours.  I am not sure of the exact date but I believe the brochure was from the 1930's time frame.  The brochure is a large page printed front and back and folded into 4's.  The item is in fair to pretty good condition.  All the printing and pictures is very legible.  There is some edge wear on the folds and light bending of the item.
