100% light gray linen with black ribbon and metal logo. 

Made in China. No size tag. Hat is structured. 

In very good condition with no holes, tears or major stains. Inside sweatband has very very light soiling. I didn't attempt to clean it.

My understanding is this was only sold at dealerships or promotional booths. Or given as a gift when a Cadillac was purchased. Not available on GM website.
