This top has a great look however it is not working properly. I did not take it apart and try to repair it, I'll leave that up to you. When you push down it does spin , however as I lift the handle it locks up... so maybe not as much a toy as a really cool display piece.

I sell vintage and antique items in as-is condition. I will try to describe them as accurately as I can pointing out any flaws and the working condition of the items. I also post pics showing physical flaws. If an item has been marked 'works' it means I've tested it and at the time of the listing it's working. I also check again before I ship it out. 
When I ship out an item I pack it so when it arrives at your door it's in the same condition as when it left me.
