Shipping & Delivery
We always try to send purchased items the same day or the next working day and certainly within 2 working days of receiving payment. For specialised, large or fragile items, we will contact you after purchase to discuss the most suitable delivery method and timing. Smaller items are carefully packed and usually sent by Royal Mail Tracked or a suitable courier.
Collection Only Items
For larger or more fragile items, collection may be preferred. We are often able to provide a delivery quotation using one of our own vans or a national courier. Please contact us before purchase if collection from the Maidstone area is not possible.
UK & International Shipping
We ship throughout the UK and can only use the delivery address supplied through eBay. Some regions may incur an additional charge. International delivery may be available through eBay's international shipping service or by prior arrangement.
Payment Information
Payment is made through the eBay payment system. We ask that payment is completed promptly and within 3 days of the auction ending unless another arrangement has been agreed before purchase.

Returns & Refunds
