This is a 1970's (I think) Kwik Sew pattern designed by Kerstin Martensson. This is #454- a ladies western blouse. Sizes 14/16/18 included. This is factory folded/uncut  but Envelope has been opened so it may have been traced. I'm listing anither western pattern so be sure to take a look. Envelope may have some damage.
