Found this in a box of my Dad's childhood comics (which were mostly WW2 oriented). Lower-low Mid grade original Fantastic Four with vibrant colors and tight binding. Not a grader, but maybe VG range?

Looks like it got a little moisture in storage judging by the staples.
Tear on two interior pages.
Pin-up intact, everything secure in to the staples with tight binding.
Will come bagged and boarded, shipped in a gemini mailer.
