This is a rare Brilliant Blue neon Conairphone. Phone is in beautiful shape with little wear, one twist in the cord. Do not know if fully functional as I have no land line. It does light up, but not fully and flickers. I believe it is a loose connection but being sold as-is. No power cord (used one from another device I had for video).
