You are looking at a French Art Deco Modern era appetizer or cocktail pick set in the style of Sudre. The figure depicts a woman struggling with summer wind gushing while holding an umbrella. The base is burled elm wood. The figure is made of aluminum metal with painted details on both side. There are 6 cocktail picks with red ball shape knobs. The picks are shaped as forks. No markings however not all Sudre designs were. This set is a French design. 

The holder is 5 5/8" by 1 7/8" at the base and measures 5" tall. Picks are 3 5/8" long. 

Overall excellent condition. Looks like it was never used. Picks are in excellent condition.  Very clean and ready for display or use.
