On the block: One (1) vintage glow in the dark white plastic number one shaped single sided

 keychain/keyring from Home Video, Ltd. in Hampton, VA. It does still glow, just not that well. It measures

 approx 4 inches from the top of the ring to the bottom of the figure. No date or makers marks. In fair

 used condition with marks commensurate of a 20 + year old keychain. There is surface wear on some

 edges and high spots. There is fading in some of the lettering and paint (?) on some as

 well. Darkening/fading is present. See pics.
