### Condition Details:

* **Complete In Box (CIB):** Includes the main building, the standalone sign, the original power cord, and the original box with styrofoam inserts.

* **Fully Tested & Working:** The interior lights up beautifully, and the motorized rotating top mechanism functions smoothly and quietly.

* **Cosmetic Note:** There is a small, minor chip on the base corner of the standalone "Doughnuts & Coffee" sign (please see final photos for a close-up). The rest of the sign and the main building are in excellent cosmetic shape with no other chips, cracks, or repairs.

* **Box Condition:** The box shows light shelf wear from storage but is structurally sound and includes the original French/English sleeve wrapper.
