This listing is for an authentic LEGO (10255) Assembly Square with Minifigures.

PLEASE NOTE: Set has been customized to fit on a LEGO MILS plate, a building method that combines the original thin plate with a brick layer for added strength and easy ability to connect to other plates in a LEGO MILS city using the holes on the MILS plate with technic bricks (not included). The original thin baseplates are at the bottom as shown in pictures and can be peeled off if you prefer to build on that instead of the added plate layer. I am including the MILS plate if you want to rebuild it the same way I did. I customized the sidewalks to match my LEGO city which was a light gray over a dark gray originally used and removed the curb at the front. If you want to rebuild the sidewalk as originally released you would need to order dark gray pieces and sidewalk details. You will get tile as pictured in listing photos and left on MILS plate (listing photos will show what it looks like when I took the buildings off) for an easy start if rebuilding on a MILS plate.

The buildings themselves were not modified at all and should be complete. I did not inventory the pieces so I cannot guarantee it is complete, but it should be 99% complete. Please know how to order replacement pieces if any are missing as I’m unable to replace any.

All the original MINIFIGURES and original manual are included. Manual is mostly great condition with a small tear on the very back cover as shown in photos.

It comes from a smoke-free home. Dust should be mostly gone after we disassembled it as we tried to clean it up in the process. It’s been a part of a LEGO city for a long time but now have to sell due to limited space. Please review pictures carefully as it’s the item you will receive. No box.
