Everything shown in the pictures is what comes with the listing. This device is in working condition and it has all of the chords you would need to hook up a Super Nintendo using the included SCART (assuming youre SNES isn't a jr and can output RGB). And you could also plug anything the has component inputs into the included D-Terminal adapter.
It's currently configured for clean output of SNES on the RGB input, and clean output of Gamecube using the D-Terminal input. That is what I used this device for in the past.
