This item is a graded copy of the comic GI Joe: A Real American Hero #219 released in 2015 by IDW Comics. The comic was written by Larry Hama, with art by S.L. Gallant, and Adam Riches. It is not a first appearance, but the book does feature an appearance of the character Cesspool.  This copy is graded an 9.6 signature series by the company CBCS, as it was signed and inscribed by Ray Park at Indiana Comic Con (on 4/29/2016).  The actor wrote "Yo Joe!" and "Snake Eyes" on the comic as well as his signature.  It is also specifically the subscription variant cover of this book.
